Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The apartment is rented on accommodation only, self-catering basis for the number of guests specified, and for the duration specified in the Booking Form and Rental Agreement.

  2. The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is noon on the day of departure. Where circumstances permit a later check out may be arranged, but can not be guaranteed in advance.

  3. Towels, bed linen, utilities, maid service and services of our local managing agent are included in the rental price.

  4. Airport transfers, car hire, groceries, are excluded from the rental price. These are available by prior arrangement at rates prevailing at the time of booking.

  5. Guest facilities at Sugar Hill and at Royal Westmoreland Beach Club are included in the price. These include free use of swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, beach loungers, parasols, beach and pool towels. No refund will be made for any facilities temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such circumstances we will make all reasonable attempts to provide suitable alternative facilities.

  6. Charges are payable locally for such items as tennis lessons, spa treatments, baby sitting, water sports.

  7. Smoking is not permitted indoors at Coral Sands.

  8. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due for payment eight weeks prior to departure. For bookings made within eight weeks of departure payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  9. We reserve the right to request a security deposit of £100 payable with the final balance. This should be paid by a separate cheque which will be returned uncashed one week after the rental period ends providing there is no damage to fixtures and furnishings beyond normal wear and tear.

  10. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement in the event that the number of guests specified in the rental agreement is exceeded, or where guests permit smoking within the property. The agreement shall terminate if guests behave in a manner likely in our opinion, or the opinion of our local agent, to cause nuisance, damage to the property or constitute improper use of the property.

  11. If you wish to change your booking in any way we will endeavour to accommodate such a request where possible. Any costs incurred in facilitating any changes will be invoiced to the guest.

  12. In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the accommodation as specified we will make every endeavour to offer alternative accommodation of an equivalent standard. Where this is not possible or guests choose not to accept the alternative accommodation offered our liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

  13. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by the guest. Guests are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance.
